Semiconductor Manufacturing (McKinsey external advisor): Oversaw implementation acceleration for India’s largest semiconductor plant, ensuring best engineering practices across the full sustainable project lifecycle.
Financial Sector (TUV India & Indian Banks): Directed ESG audits for NSE and IDFC Bank; led a ₹51 crore third-party assurance under RBI’s Green Deposit Framework, delivering Reasonable Assurance Statements to boards and strengthening transparency.
